- Harmful: This includes activities that could damage or disrupt the Services, other users’ websites, or the internet infrastructure. Examples include hacking, denial-of-service attacks, and spreading malware.
- Offensive: This includes content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or threatening.
3. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to your website(s) hosted on the Services. This includes ensuring the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Resource Usage
You may not use the Services in a way that excessively utilizes server resources, impacting the performance of other users or the overall network stability.
5. Email Usage
You may not use the Services for spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial emails.
6. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
7. WordPress Modules
MS Group IT may install WordPress modules for backup, security, and plugin management on the client’s website. The client agrees to this installation and understands that the use of these modules is solely for the benefit of the client’s website and is only allowed as long as the client is hosted by MS Group IT.
8. Consequences of Violation
MS Group IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service for any violation of this AUP.
9. Updates to AUP
MS Group IT may update this AUP at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the revised AUP constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
